Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current cycle. The upgrade takes effect immediately and all your sites and data carry over.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time. Choosing annual billing simply saves you two months — there is still no contract beyond the billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or storage?
We will never shut your site down without warning. If you approach or exceed your limits, our team will reach out to discuss your options. An upgrade to the next plan is usually the simplest path.
Will you migrate my site for free?
Yes. Every plan includes free site migration. We handle the entire process — files, database, DNS, and SSL — with zero downtime.
Do you provide email hosting?
We provide transactional email via MailChannels for form notifications and password resets, but we do not offer mailbox hosting. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for business email. Our team can help you configure the DNS records.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes. All infrastructure is located in Canada — Montreal, Toronto, and British Columbia. There is no US routing and no offshore data processing.
Are you PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant?
Our infrastructure is 100% Canadian and designed with PIPEDA and PHIPA compliance in mind. We also offer a Data Processor Agreement for organisations subject to GDPR.
